Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: minimal of 24-48 hours of notice for no late charge to be added. If you do however cancel with less than 24 hours a fee of $30 will be charged. Lateness of only 10 minutes or less is accepted. Please understand our time is short and to keep all clientele with their appointments on time we need to value everyone’s time as well. If you do not show up for your appointment, following scheduled appointment will accrue $30 fee. Frequent cancellations or reschedules can result in your service provider no longer scheduling your service. Thank you for your cooperation!
